hi, i m a foreigner and i bought a unit directly from a developer. no need to go through an agent. U can go to www.majordevelopment.co.th, they build very nice condos at affordable prices.

The Major group has projects in sukhumvit, chitlom and at chao phraya river, namely: the fullerton, manhattan chidlom and the watermark. I shall not disclose my purchase in the name of privacy, however, the service rendered by the sales staffs are superb - polite, prompt and knowledgeable.
