Can anyone help me out with this pic

It is using font I am not use to so I cannot make out a couple tone marks

Mainly the mark over the first ต (First line 2nd letter )

Also the over ม (second to last line 1st letter )

This is similar to the one above but has a up swept tail on it

Anyway I have seen neither before but also this is not the normal font

I am used to.

I think I figured it out I think it is a fancy font of eิ & eeeี

Those aren't tone marks; they are vowels -ิ and -ี or i and ii vowels.
