Finished up buying on a trip back to Australia. Bunnings had about a dozen options/sizes. Seems here a lot of builders simple drill holes under the eaves, which is where you intend to place them

Soffit vents and strips are uncommon here because its rare you need to ventilate a timber roof here.

Also rare to vetilate the back of an under worktop fridge.

So we have finding the chickens teeth syndrone.

You dont say why you need them but if its ventilation or insect guards then you need to improvise and buy a roll of flyscreen from home pro and cut it and glue or staple to a preformed opening.

As others have alluded yoy can get small disc grilles or larger square louvred grilles from home pro..

You need to think outside the box for many things we take for granted.
