Bob`s biggest burger in the World unveiled at Carrefour in Central Pattaya.

A fun event now from the Carrefour Shopping Center in Central Pattaya. It was organized by Bobs BBQ & Grill which is located on the South Pattaya Road opposite the entrance to the Rungland Village. Bob specializes in authentic Texas burgers and recently he decided to produce the World`s Largest Burger. Khun Ronagit, the Deputy Mayor of Pattaya opened the event at Carrefour which officially unveiled the burger which weighs in at 30lbs which surpasses the previous record held by Fudruckers which weighed in at 29.9lbs. It is hoped that as soon as the official paperwork is complete that it will be entered in the Guiness Book of Records. There were a number of side events including a show by members of the Ban Jin Gai Orphanage who will benefit from to-day`s event and a Waggon Wheel Burger eating contest which was won by Mr. Gavin Ireland aged 30 who ate I kilo burger in 14 mins 13 seconds. He was presented with 5,000 baht cash and a winner`s trophy by the Deputy Mayor.

almost as stupid as building thee worldss tallest building in Pattaya....they were going to build it in Stoke-on-Trent once!

A RESTAURANT is selling the world’s biggest burger — weighing a staggering 123LB.

The monster is made up of an 80lb beef patty, along with 1lb each of lettuce, ketchup, relish, mustard and mayonnaise.

Other ingredients include 160 SLICES of cheese, five onions and 12 tomatoes. It is topped with banana peppers and 33 pickles then sandwiched into a 30lb bun.

The burger has more than 120,000 CALORIES.

Pub owner Denny Leighey, of Clearfield, Pennsylvania, US, created it for a charity event but plans to charge £193 for similar burgers.

He posed for photos with the local mayor to show the burger’s size.

The previous largest burger was 105lb.

So this was only Pattayas biggest burger?

But how to properly cook a piece of meat that large? I think that some rules should be developed on hgow to judge the content for 'fit for consumption' qualities.
