Synchronize / Back-up Files

Featured Replies

What's a good hassle-free way of synchronizing / mirroring files between three PCs. Since they are not conected by a network. Is there any free utility which I could use to synchronize by using a removable USB device.

Cheers!

Windows XP has a Briefcase feature built into it for this purpose. Read here:

Another option is to use JungleDisk, which will store your files onto Amazons S3 servers.

Install the program onto all 3 computers.

Then, you will be able to move files back and forth between them as easily as you would another drive (as the "jungle drive" becomes a network location on your machine)

I use Filesync from these people.

It checks what files need copying, in either direction.

I use it to back up to an external disk

hi'

SyncBackup does it too for free :o
