Tell the arrival folks to turn right after they exit the customs, I believe going to the left is for group tours only and no waiting passengers can get to the left hand side. I've seen countless arrival passengers walk back and forth trying to find people.

The arrival layout at the airport sucks, not only that they announce the planes arrival area as A, B, C, which most waiting people are not able to tell where is ABC at the arrival area. They should just stick to the gate number since its plastered all over the gates.
