December 16, 201411 yr Honestly if you get hacked every 2-3 months then it's really about time to find someone to manage the site who knows his/her stuff. Or contract it out.
December 16, 201411 yr Isn't a simple restore to get the site back up? Which restores the precise same hole they are using to access.. I got hit on a site last year.. And while I have some skills, analyzing the security logs for what technique they were using was beyond me.. Took me weeks to finally close the hole, rid the backdoors, and get it secure again.. Learnt a lot but still.. major headache..
