Featured Replies

Before we had get tourist visa 5 time from Penang/ Malaysia. After they told '' your limit is full for tourist visa''

Later we had get NON-B visa with money from Bkk. (15 month) and they gave to us student card. I dont understand NON-B but we looking student :) After when we go to immirgation office for 90 day in here, Immirgation officer told to us this visa is problem. we have go only 2 time; mean 180 days. After this immirgation not allowed to this visa. We to go Surathani immirgation office 1 time. they allowed.

This visa will finish at march 2015, but we should go to for 90 days 1 month later. But immirgation not allow to us for 90 days...

What I should do ? Help me please

Thanks

You can get double entry tourist visa in Laos, Vientane or Savannakhet.

I do not recommend that you insist with illegally obtained non-immigrant visa.

Thank you for answered PAZ

But a lot agency told to me '' you can not a tourist visa '' They told to me If you go to in your country and get a new passport will be possible'' Because your visa limit is full ''

Do you sure, Laos can tourist visa in this time ? Everyone say new rules of thai visa so difficult so hard now''

Thank you

There are no new rules. The visa you obtained in Malaysia do not count in Laos. However if you get a new passport it would be better.

may I should try, but I have still 3 month more NON-B. I have to go immirgation for 90 days 1 month later. But it is impossible, I can not go, because they not allow for this NON-B.. They are know this NON-B got with money.

If I go to Laos for tourist visa or ED visa, can they cancel to this NON-B ? I have a agency, for ED visa, but they not sure Laos will change to this NON-B and will give to ED !

It's meaning everyone says; this NON-B is problem, and they says of me tourist visa limit is full, you can not continue to stay'' I dont know what I must do

Thank you for interest

The basic rule, which has never changed, is that a foreigner should get the correct visa for the purpose of his trip to Thailand, ie if the purpose is tourism, get a tourist visa, if it is study get a non-ED visa, if it is work, get a non-B visa, etc.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

You do not have a "NON-B", you have an extension of stay for reason of employment. With that, one only have to report every 90 days. That can be done by mail.

It is not a "change". If you leave at Nong Chai Immigration may ask that you cancel your extension before leaving. But if you leave from an airport, that is not even asked.

I told you already: you can obtain a tourist visa in Laos, with or without a new passport.

If you really have a non B (not an extension of stay) then you should have been doing border runs ie : leaving the country every 90 days. Usually this is an easy out / in at the border.

OP has an extension of stay:

get NON-B visa with money from Bkk. (15 month)

Paz. It was the 15 months bit that made me think visa rather than extension!

He got 3 months from single entry + 12 from extension = 15.

Me to don't know about this visa. a agency did it. We only paid to him. All immirgation know it, normally haven't 15 month visa. So we have problem.

I have to go for 90 days report at 12 January 2015. And this visa will finish at 15 march 2015.

But immirgation's not allow for 90 days report. What I should do. Tourist visa limit is full too. Some agency says; '' You must go to in your country and must stay in there less 3 month. Later your all visa will be clear '' ! Is this true ? I don't want to go because ticket start 50.000 baht. I think use this money for visa better, but how I don't know. Maybe I have talk with 10 agency. no one no sure. Only 1 agency research now find a way for us
