Nonsense I renewed a 2 year car license to a five year in Cha am last month and no appointment was necessary. Neither do you need to watch any video, I never and neither was I asked if I had. I needed Passport, medical certificate, certificate of residence and they done all the copies. Done the brake test and colour light test and that was it. -

What about the ones on line offering Thai car licence for B3500 within 3 days no test,no medical, no need to attend.
