Special Needs School Samui Christmas Day

KOH SAMUI: -- This year, Nadimos Lebanese Restaurant is offering to host a Christmas party for the 15 kids from The Special Needs Schol of Samui,

This foundation is aiming to assist special needs children on the island and encourage their personal development from younger schooling to life careers, regardless of their parental finances, to help the children in developing their cognitive abilities and enable them to continue through mainstream education, and ensure that each child can exist happily with others and is not a burden to family and community.

The School is on the ghost road in Bangrak next to MayaBuri Resort,

We are trying to help raising funds to help building the new school to welcome the kids in better conditions,

On Sunday 21st of December, starting at 11.30am, we will all go to Nadimos and lunch to be offered by the owner for the kids, we will have Santa delivering gifts to the kids, and various activities in the afternoon,

We are buying toys for the kids and any donation would be very much appreciated to help raising as much funds as we can to help building the school, offering them a nice playground, employing proper teachers…

They now have 15 kids between 4 and 17 years old, and they have the help of amazing volunteers, but they still need us to help them daily!

Here is the list of kids attending the party
Girls

2. Nong Yong 17 years old

We will buy small toys for each of them as it will be easier not to end up with only a certain type of toys, and you are welcome to contribute towards the toys we buy.

Any donation can be made directly in the School but also on this Christmas day where everyone is more than welcome to spend some time with the kids and have a nice lunch by the beach,

Any toys that your kids are not using anymore can be also given to many school in need on the Island,

We will be lucky to have Martin Alexander organising art activities for the kids, and some other surprises for them!

Calendars 2015 will be also sold during this day, and any time at the School,
250 THB each, but 200 THB if you buy more than 6,

So I hope to see as many people as possible this Sunday, and any help is always appreciated!

Please contact me by clicking here or Jo-Dee Walmsley to get any further information,

See you all on Sunday!
