I need to get a property surveyed to check for damp, subsidence, drainage and other issues.

Can anyone please recommend a good surveyor who speaks English.

We are based in Rawai but the quality of the surveyor is the most important thing, so any recommendations are welcome.

Try the local lands department they have surveyors they use

And the price is reasonable

I used them in Chiang rai and with good service and supplied the paper work after and also submitted it to the local authority
