How will ASEAN affect mail imports from its countries?

It probably wont change much. Most asean countries have 0 tax agreements already. The problem is for a consumer to take advantage requires lots of paperwork. The main ones would be a certificate of origin and vat registration. Otherwise goods would be shipped to these countries and forwarded every which way.
