Hi Families

I am newly pregnant and I am searching all over Chiang Mai to find the right hospital and OB for me. Chiang Mai Ram will just most likely be too expensive but Sri Phat seems affordable but I am unsure about the doctors there or whole experience. If anyone has experience in this I would love some recommendations please.

If you are wanting a natural birth, I have heard favorable things of Dr. Supreeya.

Also heard recs for Dr. Sompong Trungtawatchai, though not specific to the issue of natural birth.,

Ob practices in Thailand are behind the times on these scores (though safe). So if If avoiding routine episiotomy, having rooming-in and so forth are important to you make a list and carefully ask all prospective doctors.
