Identifying building in Buri Ram

I passed through Buri Ram yesterday on the way to Mahasarakham and i saw a number of large white buidings with gold domes.

Is this a school or temple?

It is indeed a school - very attractive looking as well, quite palatial.

Have the same gaudy designs in Surin and Sisaket. The latter has a small airplane in the front garden area. All very bizarre to me????

It is a private uni that teaches mature students on Saturdays and Sundays.

The main faculty is Business.
