Does anyone know how much to repair cavitys with composites? I was quoted 1500 baht for each one. Expensive or not?

Hi I don't now what composite. Is but I had 15 fillings. Done in Oct. For 9000 baht great job in isaan but you must take someone who can speak Thai

Composite is resin used for fillings that largely replaces the mercury amalgam that was previously used.

1500B seems quite high but it does rather depend on who is doing it and the size/location of the filling needed.

Last lot I got from a private practice dentist were 500b each.

Depends where you are and where you go, big difference from North in Isaan and the far South down in Phuket.

I was quoted in jomtien where a scale and clean is 1000 baht. Do dentists still do the old school metal fillings? The cavities are in between the teeth and he says i need at least 6.

I paid B800 for each filling last Sunday in a place in Bangna. They did a good job too

The price pretty much depends on where you get the work done and the size of the cavity i guess.
