Little tip for you: Don't go near a Khmer girl.

Can't complainat the result as I felt the chavs had the better of the second half.

Chadli?? Should have been Lamela all day long.

Dembele was superb and Townsend has the ball glued to his feet.

Much more to come from this team.

Didn't see the last 20 minutes of the first half as AIS app is pants today.xangry.png.pagespeed.ic.Cla6z9sEn6.png But from what I've seen neither team have played that well, but Spurs are attacking more and look the most likely to score again. sad.png

How can you make a comment on a half where you have only seen 25mins facepalm.gif typical chav, clueless.

Game of 2 halves for me. Spurs great in the first, Chelsea deserved the 2nd.

Give Mourinho credit, changed it up, Ramires kept Eriksen quiet second half and going forward they looked a lot better. Torres looked dangerous.

Thought Defoe looked a lot more threatening that Soldado. Dembele was superb.

Didn't think the 2nd yellow was worthy of one, however he could of and some will say should of gone earlier for the scratch of the face. Then again Vertongen shouldn't be pushing people either.

Forget to mention Lloris, once again showing what a class keeper he is.

And now the fighting can begin. :-)

My take.

Torres shouldn't have been sent off. Second half Chelsea looked the better team until the Torres incident. Eriksen was nothing special, but I liked the look of Dembele and Lloris is a quality keeper. Soldado was anonymous. Torres looked much better, Mata changes Chelsea's attacking threat massively and was also quite defensive today.

Overall I can't complain with a draw after we were down to 10 men and away from home.

How about making a comparison with Oscar and Hazard who played in the same position !

Liked the look of Dembele biggrin.png he was man of the match by a long way laugh.png

Oh dear... I take it you are not happy with the result. This had a draw written all over it. I just thought there would be more goals

He did say "from what I've seen" and " have played well". Using the present perfect to talk about this seems fine to me. He is simply saying that from what he saw (in the past) up until he couldn't watch any more (which was the present when he stopped watching) neither team played well. Ergo, he is only passing comment on what he saw, and is all he seems to feel he can comment on. The switch in tense is a little confusing, as it appears he regained a signal and was watching the second half. He was then able to comment about spurs' probability of scoring, which I would have thought you would have agrred with. A little analysis goes a long way in football; perhaps you should consider it instead of slapping your headwink.png

great result for the Arsenal ! biggrin.png

not bad in the first half spuds, but i have said it before and will say it again i think your manager is suspect and doesn't fully know what he wants and know what he is doing.

<deleted> your 1 - 0 at home and you let Chelski come on to you and boss the midfield all the way through the 2nd half up until Torres got sent off.

all credit to Jose for making the changes at half time, but really <deleted> was your manager thinking ? where was the holding midfielder to sure things up and stop them playing.

i did try and warn you before about this sort of thing happening and you lot just scoffed at the observation.

the only thing they could do was commit foal after foal. how many yellows did Dean dish out in the 2nd half ? clap2.gif

you were lucky to get a point out of that one, whether you think Torres should have walked earlier or not. Chelsea and Jose had you lot in their back pocket and you know it.

and funny how it all went quiet until the last 10 minutes of the game, hey ?

where"s you stats and figures now Alfie, or was i watching a totally different game ? wink.png

Go away you odious little man.

In fact Alfredo could be our missing link for set pieces and corners I reckon.

Why not toddle off to your own thread and brood on the sending off for a bit laddie....biggrin.png

Well now i'd had time to digest the result i'm rather upbeat because i never realised we were so good as to be able to leave 30m of game changing talent sitting on the bench twiddling his thumbs and at the same time offer their defense the security of having Jermaine Defoe on the pitch making a <deleted> of himself again. Totally out of his league against a top four side. Doesn't get the time he needs which the likes of Tromso and Villa reserves offer in abundance

Very good first half, Dembele outstanding, second half very disappointing, outplayed on the pitch out thought on the management side.

And yes, i still think our sweeper keeper is the best in the league!

Not such a disaster baring in mind other results.

Defoe was a lot more dangerous than Soldado in his 15mins? Granted he they were down to 10 men for some of than but even before than he was. Barring a lay of for the assist I didn't even realize Soldado was playing. You obviously don't agree?

I think you mean he created the myth of danger. In truth he couldn't hit a cows arse with a banjo at this level.

I wouldn't be surprised mind if he scored a hatful of goals in the europa

"myth of danger"???

Take your point that against the top sides his scoring record isn't as good as he shows against weaker teams and in other comps but i still think he had more "myth of danger" about him than Soldado yesterday.

Alfie, next week away at Norwich, you going for Erikson or Holtby?

That turn was class yesterday.

I did actually say

Whenever he's played lately he always seems to be involved in the build up play, the one against Cardiff, 3 assists against Villa plus other games before them.

Erikson has done nothing wrong but i just think Holtby might be more suited to play against Chelsea, if not instead of Erikson then perhaps instead of Sigurdson !

Anyone it's all irevelent as next week we are playing the Scammers biggrin.pngbiggrin.png

Bloody hell, your right, for some reason thought you were away at Norwich, my mistake.

Agreed, you said against Chelsea, was just asking if you thought next game Holby might be better suited too?

Lets just say that players like Eriksen will always find it easier against so called lesser teams because there is more room to play and less hustle and busle ( not sure about the spelling teacher) which was certainly the case in the second half yesterday wink.png

Well here's my take. Lloris had a great game, well done to him. Naughton did Ok much to my surprise, but the key here were the numerous runs across the box by Walker in to the LB position in support; Chelsea would have had a field day on that RW otherwise. Great work from Walker on crucial occasions.

I thought the game was electric up to when we scored and then we took control. Eriksen, Townsend, Siggy, Dembele and Paulinho totally awesome and Chelsea looked like they might collapse. The game changer for me were the yellow cards for Eriksen and Townsend. Neither played as good after that and were wary of fully committing - this changed the balance of power.

As mentioned before Torres behaviour with the girlie gouge/scratch should have been a red card and the 3 points would have been ours. I am glad the little <deleted> got sent off in the end.

Hate JT but cannot fault the goal, and I can't really see we can apportion any blame. By and large our back 4 had a good solid game; we should be reassured by that.

Chadli instead of Lamela? Still cannot believe that! Soldado was pretty anonymous it doesn't matter which way you look at it, but his deft touch for the assist fo Siggy was world class. Defoe.... Too slow agreed.

Overall performane very good. Chelsea are so much better than any other club we have played this season, and that includes the gooner scumbags.

We were lucky with the other results, and a point a piece is better than them leaving with 3 for sure. Shame Swansea couldn't equalise. I was shocked but chuffed to <deleted> with the Manchester results! Lol. Gonna be quiet on their threads ...... Situation normal. COYS
