Chiangrai has 2 spectacular Golf courses and it's only a 1 hour and 15 minute flight out of Bangkok

It's not hot like Pattaya and it's Green,green,green. Surrounded by beautiful mountain and trees.

Yes, we have two fantastic golfcourses, Santiburi and Waterford Valley.

But I just want to tell you guys that for the moment they are repairing some of the fairways in Waterford, maybe 5-6 holes got quite large GUR. It doesn't affect my golf much, I very seldom hit the fairways anyway....

But the greens are fantastic as always and the layout is one of the best. It is a very tough golfcourse to score.

I suppose the fairways will be in very good condition in October.

We are a group of farangs (6 - 12 ) that play Waterford 2-4 times a month, Thursdays around 9 AM.
