Thai passport for 20year old

Hi,

I got a thai girlfriend who I want to take to Laos at the end of this month, I live in Sukhumvit and would like to know what is the process.

I seen one website say if she is 20 her parents must sign something, but I thought that would be for 19 or under

Any phone number it can ring?

In Thailand, the age of majority is 20 and therefore your Thai friend does not need parental consent for her passport application.
