I will arrive Phuket airport about 8.30 pm. Are the minibus going all night to patong or do they stop operation in the night. thanks

You won't have any trouble with minibus at 20.30, maybe less frequent by 23.30, but still available if wait.

If you are worried about having to haggle and or wait you could always book through Phuket Shuttle or at least check their price first.
