BANGKOK: -- ARREST WARRANTS will be issued soon for two fugitives accused of involvement in the hand grenade attack at the Criminal Court on March 7, a police source said yesterday.

The two men have been identified only as Wit and Wasu.

It is alleged they paid Bt50,000 to two men to carry out the attack, in which no one was injured, plus another Bt50,000 after the attack.

There are 10 suspects already in custody and another two are on the run - Manoon Chaichana, also known by the alias 'Anek San Francisco' and Wirasak Towangjorn, also known as 'Yai Pattaya'.

The Bangkok military court yesterday returned four suspects to the military after earlier handing them over to the police.

They are Charnwit Jariyanukool, Sansern Sri-unruen, Wichai Yoosuk and Norraphat Luephol.

Speaking to the press before being brought to the military court, Charnwit denied all the charges against him but admitted to being the MC at a meeting in Khon Kaen - although he claimed the attack was not discussed.

Charnwit said he had cooperated with the military's interrogators. He said he did not know Manoon and other suspect Suphaphorn Mit-arak, or "Dear" as she is also known.

Police said they found Suphaphorn's Line chats with Mahahin Khunthong, the motorcycle rider in the attack, in which they allegedly talked about the attack.

Good luck with getting the guy back from Australia as the Aussies don't recognise the junta so waving a warrant issued by the military court will be used as dunny roll. I don't belive governments do extradition with armies either.

I would like to hope they would make an exception for terrorists,
