Is anyone currently taking it ?

May I have some opinions, I done a TV search but the only people mentioning it are posts over 6 years old.

I am not so much interested in the Anti-Aging aspect of it , more the mental stimulation.

I am not quite Memento man yet, but I am finding it more difficult , remembering or retaining things, &I have noticed that in Patrick holford's latest books -are starting to re-mention its use a lot, as well as some other Nutritionist .

tried it, so did my adhd daughter ... did not do much for me or her , sadly

I feel like the luckiest person alive when it comes to memory... I have always had a strong memory but in my forties my memory - both short and long term - grew better and has been very strong ever since. I have taken a lot of health supplements beginning about that time. Calcium and Lecithin are two that I think over the long term helped my memory the most. You may find these two mentioned as memory enhancers in on line discussions but not top of the list.

Nothing happens quickly and taking supplements - once you commit to one because you think it helps you - you do not get to stop taking it - if you want to keep the benefit it provides.

I take many more supplements - most as anti-inflammatories ...
