Yep, VLC.

Just remember, iOS apps are sandboxed, files stored in the 3rd party application space can't be shared to other iOS applications -- meaning the source material you want to play either has to be loaded into the VLC application memory space (for playback later, or while offline) ...OR made available to it over a Live Data Connection ( e.g.: LAN shared volume, LAN Media Server, Internet ).
