I found the new URL now,

The new link on the web site of www.2bangkok.com seems to have gone bonkers, too. Just now, it even locked up the Firefox browser on my computer. Better not use that link anymore and instead use the link to the PDF file I obtained from that site earlier and uploaded here (1.44 MB)
