What's the big deal? Does anybody use cable phones any more? TV and computer cables are outdated. Let him steal all he wants, get the insurance money, and use it to buy fiber. Also sell short on copper.

...maybe he should also go fo psychological evaluation.....and be placed in a special facility....

...he has a smirk on his face...and he is bragging.......giving 'a good reason' for his crimes.....
