I'm trying to find a compounding pharmacy to renew my prescription for bio identical hormones, does any one know if such a thing exists out here, I'm based on Samui but travel to Bangkok fairly regularly.

I'm also looking for a supplier of Maximum Vibrance powder.

Unfortunately google hasn't been able to help with either search.

No such thing as stand alone compounding pharmacies in Thailand AFAIK.

However some hospital-based anti-aging depts produce their own compounds. Might be able to get what you need at Vita Life https://www.bumrungrad.com/en/wellness-antiaging-vitallife though it will be costly.

If all you are after is estradiol and progesterone:

1- Estradiol = Oestrogel is available in most Thai pharmacies and is pure estradiol in gel form. Bio-identical estrogen.

2. The progesterone is the problem. I think you can get it at Vita Life. May also be able to get it from http://medconsultclinic.wix.com/medconsult#!menopause-creams/c4er

I also take 2 grains of T3/T4 orally and 2.5mg testosterone transdermally, are these readily available?

If the T3/T4 is thyroid extract (from pigs) then yes, that can be bought locally. But if it is a bio-identical preparation then not only can you not buy it, there isn't anyplace I know of in Thailand where you can get it, though it is worth asking Vita Life. (the T3/T4 ratio in pig thyroid, which is what commercial thyroid extract is, differs significantly from human).

Androgel is a transdermal testosterone available OTC in Thailand. You'll need to read the label carefully so as to be able to adjust the dosage properly. It comes in 5 gram tubes of 50 mg so 10mg= 1 gram, i.e. you'd need to use just 1/5 of a gram (i.e. a 5 gram tube should last 25 days). Possible that Vita Life has a more dilute/easier to calibrate preparation.
