Anyone Of To Kl For The Cricket?

Featured Replies

Those that live in SE Asia (not me!) this is a rare chance to see top class cricket. OK its hardly the world cup but still should be competitive and interesting. i predict West Indies will do better than there ranking suggests.

Anyone going?

Dont know anyone who is going but if you want to connect up wth some guys based in KL, PM and I will send you details etc

I watched yesterdays game live and there were only 17 spectators, all of them in Aussie colours. You would stand out Mitty!

The West Indies were looking like giving the Aussie B team a hiding until they suddenly dropped their bundle and lost 9/29! Disappointing finish.

Aussies "rested" included Gilchrist, Lee, Hussey, Simmons and a couple of others I can't name off the top of my head.

While not exactly a real B team it was certainly a developmental team with next years world cup in sight.

Good to see a young chap called McGrath having his first bowl in about a year!
