Put your laptop on a table next to an open window, then go on a 3 day trip.

It will definitely rain. (Lost my laptop 3 years ago, like that)...in the dry season

Well the heavens have opened. This is most sustained rain I've seem for a long time. Last years season was unusual in that there was rain, but not that usual day long storms which dump a consistent large volume over a long period.

It started here yesterday afternoon and as I wake up this morning still good heavy rain coming down.

And as a side note, given the tremendous lightening storm last evening, miraculously the power stayed on all night!

Speaking of power going off. We only have to see lighting in the distance for our power to be cut. Do they cut it for safety or there is actually a fault / line down somewhere?

Having said that always back on within 2 hours usually any time day or night

As to my own experience there are in fact 2 rainy-seasons here in Chaiyaphum at least. The first one is around april (songkhran= called the small rainy-season, and the other one, the big normal one, is coming here always in september and last some 1,5 month.... Much often consists of a daily shower, lasting round 1 hour. usually in the late afternoon/early evening......

But april may june and july can be dry from year to year, and you cant trust the rain is coming really...

We already had 4 pretty good rain falls this year. Was searching for the rain tread 2026, but didnt find it, and used google to see what I found of threads. 2015 is a good reference how you guys experienced the seasons back then. Everybody says it have changed, but seems Chaiyaphum never had any sure seasons, same I have experienced. Every year is different, except it gets dam hot some years, but so far this year, its been quite chill. So far
