this is no b/s last night woke to feel something moveing on my neck

i thought it was wifes hand and i was in for lucky night

on touching it . feel a animal. hitting it off my neck it landed on wife. she jumped out of bed screaming

on turning on the lights see a small bat in the bed

over the years have woken to find different bats in bed but this one was for real

so if you donnt want another bat in bed close windows

As above - we have mostly fruit bats in Thailand. The closest to a vampire bat is the Lesser False Vampire Bat which eats insects. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_mammals_of_Thailand

i have several bats living under he pool deck. Called in a vet to have a look, he told me that they were vampire bats thought to be extinct on Samui. I leave them alone, watch them skim over the pool at night.

Also have fruit bats.

i had a small accident and had to be airlifted back to shore, they put me in a room after ide been to hospital,

I see many small bats near my land but never seen the fruit bats except in the Maldives, they are huge, Wife tells me they used to eat them..............I dont think theres anything they didnt eat sadly, although to be fair its not like "now" they were poor thenhad nothing this was 30 years ago Issan, no electric until she was 8 years old etc.
