Sinus Meds in Thailand

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of any good meds here to dry up a sinus beofre a flight, making drowsy is ok.

Thanks

Sinus meds are generally ineffective IMHO. But you might try nasolin spray or similar just before the flight. This is a strong decongestant that works by constricting blood vessels. It should clear the airways.

I get decent temporary relief from "CEETEC" (Cetirizine diHCI 10mg) sold OTC at most local pharmacy s; B20/10

It does cause mild drowsiness.
