Four Resistant Citizen members released on bail
The Nation

BANGKOK: -- The Bangkok Military Court yesterday released on bail four people belonging to the Resistant Citizen group after they were charged with violating orders issued by the National Council for Peace and Order.

Arnont Nampa, the leader of the group, and the three others were charged with violating NCPO orders by organising a political activity outside the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre on February 14. Arnont also faces the additional charge of violating the Computer Act.

The court released the four on Bt20,000 bail on the condition they refrain from organising more rallies. The court will later inform them when the trial begins.

Military prosecutors yesterday deferred making a decision on whether to indict Pansak Srithep, a Resistant Citizen member, on three additional charges including violating NCPO order No.7, Article 14 of the Computer Act and violating Article 116 of the Criminal Code. Pansak was charged by police after leading a rally on March 17.

The indictment decision on Pansak would be reached on June 19, prosecutors said.

Have they been re-educated already?

How long does a lobotomy scar take to heal?

One last question, when they arrest the protestors, and they send them for the obligatory guilty photo op at the police station.

What are they required to point at?

Another faux pas for the looney General to illustrate the downward spiral of Thailand to the rest of the world under his military instigated rule

So they have been held for over three months without appearing in court and presumably not having legal assistance. An absolute disgrace and a true indication of what 'justice' is like under this military juntas regime.
