Coming This Year – The Khaoyou Ville

A young businessman has invested 34 million Baht to transform land of over 5 Rai of land in Khao Yoi district into a large community shopping mall.

Mr. Wissanu Neungrit, 36, a native of the Khao Yoi district in Phetchaburi said that the community shopping mall is now being built. Entitled Khaoyou Ville, the mall will have spacious areas selling products and goods as well as a cinema, a supermarket and banks.
“While the shopping mall is being constructed, I’m speaking with the executives of the convenient store 7-11, Siam Commercial Bank, AIS, True Move, some drugstores, some dentists and the Amazon Coffee House to ask them to open their shops here. All of their shops will be located in the front zone with a community cinema of 50 seats built by Kantana Group,” said Mr. Wissanu, adding that the first zone will be finished later this year.
Mr. Wissanu’s idea of building the shopping complex is based on the fact that Khao Yoi district lacks a community facility where people can gather together. Many are factory workers who have nothing to do on their day’s off. Khao Yoi does not have as many tourist attractions as other districts in Phetchaburi. This shopping mall will serve as a venue where people can relax and have a good time. The businessman is also thinking about including a water park in the shopping mall to attract even more visitors. The total investment will be 34 million Baht.
