This is quite possibly the most boring thread on the entire site !

HOCKEY season is about to start ! A REAL sport where the players actually drop the gloves and have a go at each other (now and then). Where divers and fakers get penalized. Where injured players get stitched up on the bench so that they don't miss a shift. Where goalies face frozen pucks being shot at them as 90+ miles an hour (144+ kms/hr).

The one American sport I can appreciate!

Totally off topic, but I must point out that the Australian Womens Basketball team today became world champions beating the Russians and Americans into 2nd and 3rd places.

The Eagles are through after knocking the Crows out......CARN THE EAGLES............. :D:D
