I have heeps of muslim friends here in sydney, they all drink nearly everyweekend, but there not like fanatics, they love a good drink and even can laugh at some of there muslim people who are fanatics

Mate who is from Iran - caught the bugger eating bacon.

Had a guy in my last unit that was Muslim (but Indian by birth). We had a meal catered once that contained pork. He said it was OK, because today he was Hindu. Couple weeks later, another catered meal, only with beef this time. His response ? It was OK, because he was Muslim that day.

(big difference in attitude between Muslims that have been born and raised in Canada, compared to those who have recently immigrated).

The last mussie wedding I went to the old men were all sitting in the corner table chatting and was slipping vodka into there orange juices, I new most of them and said hey what are you doing, they go we have to hide because if our wifes find out she will bash all of us. I found that quiet amusing, was even tempted at telling the wives.

So what's new? People are people.

By the way, ever seen the way cows behave when they are let outside the first time in spring? They go bonkers. People are the same - if you're locked up or have to repress your urges most of the time, freedom can be too much for you to handle.

The mussies I know are totally not dedicated, the older men are all scared of there wifes, it can be really funny at times.

Well I dont know the full on mussies as they might be alot different.

The ambassodor od Indonesia in Thailand took us to a few pubs in BKK and also had a few drinks with us, it goes to show you that not all mussies are bad, just the fanatics IMO
