Hello,

Im using HTC One m7 with google play edition of the rom. I switched to True yet I don't get 4G at all. It always stays in HSDPA mode. I checked settings even though it set to LTE preferred it doesn't work. I know signal is there because my Lumia 930 has no problem getting 4G signal with same network. Went to the shop and they looked at it and said we don't know what is the problem.

What's the exact model # (where was it purchased)?

TrueMove H operates 3G mobile network on 850 MHz and 2100 MHz bands and 4G LTE on 2100 MHz (Band 1)

The HTC One M7 has the following radio specs:

2G bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
4G bands
LTE band 3(1800), 7(2600), 20(800) - EMEA
LTE band 2(1900), 4(1700/2100), 5(850), 17(700) - AT&T
LTE band 3(1800), 7(2600) - Asia
LTE band 4(1700/2100), 17(700) - T-Mobile
Speed HSPA, LTE Cat3 100/50 Mbps
...so, no support for LTE/4G on 2100 (Band 1)

Most likely the Asian specific model so the hardware will only supports LTE on 1800 (Band 3) and 2600 (Band 7).

TRUE has a user/tech webpage to verify compatibility with many known devices.

Dial * # 0 6 # on mobile phone to display IMEI , then enter number on website.

TrueMove-H: Check a phone or device that is compatible with TrueMove-H 3G and 4G

True Corp will most likely be making a bid in the upcoming NBTC auction for spectrum on 1800 (Band 3) set to happen this November.

It's been said new commercial 4G services could then be rolled out on 1800 (Band 3) by April 2016.

That's a long way off. Will buy new phone in September or October. Thing is true is a virtual network provider running off CAT network. So if can gets it they will too.

That's only for 850mhz 3g. The 2100 3g/4g is owned by True.
