I have read differing accounts on this thus my question. I lost my moto license less than a week after receiving it at the CM office. So, to get a replacement, do I or do I not need a police report? Has anyone done this recently?

It is a Thai DL so only need a report from local police. Simple procedure.

Even if it was a licence from home country, I never heard of having to report it to police back in my old sod.. If one looses (as in mislaid it) their driving licence back home one simply applies for another one at the licencing office,.... a duplicate.

I was going to say check it hasn't been handed in at the Police station.

They do have name, address and ID number on all DL's.
