Just starting to look at building my wifes child settlement visa for her 2 children to join us in the UK (on her settlement visa).

As we are putting together an application for both children, do i need to do a support folder for both separately? I have a lot of the documents already done and all my payslips etc...but do i need to have 2 lots of each? My payslips are the old style tear off ones so not sure if i can get another official one.

Also will it be 2 application forms?

I have read a lot on the subject and know all the difficulties faced with sole responsibility etc...but couldn't find info on the actual application itself!

You will need to make, and pay for, separate applications for each of them; but you can use the same set of supporting documents for both applications.

I'd submit one set of originals, plus a set of copies for each application.

Just make it clear in your sponsor's letter that you are doing so, and cross reference them.
