it is absolutely shocking that taxpayers have to foot the bill he is a convicted paedophile if he cannot afford the air fare he should be left in cambodia let them deal with him there are far more needy cases in Thailand who should be helped I am sure the tax payers wouldn't mind helping these unfortunate people .
