Immigration And Some Embassies/Consulates Closed On July 30th and 31st.

Penang's calendar has not been updated but they were open last year for the same holidays.

Phnom Penh has no holiday calendar on its website but I am sure they will be closed.

31 July (Friday) Wan Khao Phansa (Beginning of Buddhist Lent)

These are government holidays and therefore most government offices including immigration will be closed.

What about border crossings ? Would one still be able to get a Visa exempt entry during those days ?

Border crossings do not close for weekends or holidays..
