Lost queue number online immigration

Hi, lost me online appointment details and have no printed record of the appointment or the queue number. Anyone else do this and did you get the appointment okay. Got no e-mail confirmation and have contact them already by e-mail. Thanks

Do you remember the time of the appointment?,if you do just go

and show the lady your passport,she will have a print out of all

that days appointments,so you will be OK.

You don't get an email confirmation,you just print out the details

of the appointment .

You are absolutely correct. That is what I did. I made the appointment received no documentation went in at the time and they had a list with my name on it. I was indeed a happy camper.

Going to be exciting when we here how the new office is working out. I give them a month to iron out the wrinkles. It would help if there was a way you could pick up your passport with out having to sit and wait. Go browsing around and come back. Maybe just one window where the primary purpose was to return passports. If you were not there when called just step up and give your name.
