Just what is it with Lazada? I try to sign in using the app, eventually getting to English, picking what I want then asked to sign in, when I do I am told my email or password is wrong. Which is garbage. Is it the case that you need to sign in or should I say sign up from the beginning if you want to use the app? The item I want does not seem to be available on the website, but is on the app. -

Why? Something that easily recognised celebrities have a tendency to do, amongst other reasons it can hide ageing features. Agreed.... So you think he crashed into a stationary motorcycle and people, and his first reaction was to reach for his sun-glasses to hide his aging features because he's famous ?? Or... you pointed out the potential for aging features, could these have been prescription glasses with darker lenses and he was driving with them ? As there is no photo, information or evidence of him not wearing those dark glasses, I'm inclined to suspect he was wearing them while driving, which could explain why he didn't see the parked motorcycle. Of course, you can continue being pedantic... You could also argue that he was driving without a shirt, because it was not reported that he was wearing a shirt whist driving... ( I think that makes that point )... No need to go around in pedantic circles arguing about what was and wasn't reported when we are already familiar with the lack of information, poor standards and inaccuracies in many of these reports. -

METV or Visa Exemption for multiple short-stay entries? (+ internal flights).
If you read my early posts (first reply in fact) I suggested no issue with visa exempt entries as per his history. As thread progressed we learn is planning to marry Thai national. From the OP..... "I've done extensive looking into marriage - would look to be around middle of 2025, so any METV would expire by that point allowing for the 0 visa conversion to spousal. " Yes he could continue with ve however given that he looks to marry mid 2025 then METV good option. When married he can obtain a non O and subsequent 12 month extension+ multiple reentry permit -

In Thailand, it seems that electronic cigarettes are not allowed. I went to Macao before, and Macao also banned electronic cigarettes. Then my lovely antbar at800, a small one, was confiscated unfortunately. Thailand is also not allowed! -

It's obvously implicit in what you wrote. For instance "ban combustible engines". What authorities have proposed banning combustion engines in the short run? Or "no more ships transporting goods around the world." Over time, these modes of transportation can be replaced. But to state it baldly without qualifications as you do is just ridiculous. You're either responding to someone else's posts, or you're yelling at a cloud going by. Either way, I did not mention combustion engines or ships in this thread. -

That means you may have to show your US return to Thai officials, not going to happen. You go on extension for your US return paying an extension estimated payment if you think your going to owe. Then you get the Thai taxes done/paid on income that is taxable under your countries tax treaty, then take the foreign tax credit on the US Federal return. If a lot of income showing on the Thai return, it could lead to tax that is higher than the US rate. The US return would only credit the Thai tax up to the tax that would be paid on the US return on that income with excess foreign tax credit carried over to the next year. -

But I do think the first 4 months of the year could be a bit tough but maybe not as bad as I think. As far as gyms stayed at two condos in Jomtiem - first one big but old hot gym near a road - some days you could taste the pollution a bit- second a bit fancy one with air filters - better. I'm going in half an hour thanks. -

Very interesting - I wonder what was discussed. Maybe Thai Customs will introduce more stringent baggage checks? All it takes is a sniffer dog at check - in desks for flights to "no cannabis" destinations. -

Well, it was not reported that he had been wearing sunglasses. It was not reported, either, that he was driving with a bag over his head, but maybe you'd like to surmise that because that was not reported he may have been wearing one?
