Hello and thanks for reading. I received an RFE which was very brief, just stated that since I mentioned I met my gf on Thailovelinks, is it an international marriage broker or not. I went to their terms of service and it states they are not a IMB. For my response to USCIS, can I just print out the TOS for the site and highlight the part where it states they are not a international marriage broker? Would that be sufficient along with a written statement from me saying they aren't? Thanks a lot and I am glad that was the only hiccup.

Sounds reasonable but I'm curious. Is this in relation to a petition for a fiancee visa, or something else?
