Probably a daft question but is page 6 of your passport ( first blank page ) useable for visas ? Only asking because my passport is getting a bit full and would like to use that blank 6th page for a visa or something. Looking at a couple of old passports I noticed that the first page has been left blank in them also.? Maybe just coincidence or is there a reason no immigration authority wants to put a stamp on it ?

Took at look at my current and 2 earlier UK passports and all have stamps on the first blank page.

Thanks for that Upnotover. Must be just a coincidence for me then. Will stick my next Visa on it. Means I have enough pages left for a year so can put off applying for a new one.

Yep mine is stamped too

I got a new passport in March this year & the very first stamp was on page 6. I've used 10 pages already so at this rate I'll need a new one in 2 years!
