evadgib Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Warning: The first time I had gout I applied Tiger Balm & ended up removing (burning/melting!) the top layer of skin from my left foot! And it did nothing for the gout pain either I suspect. Correct, but it was a full month before I realised gout was the culprit. At the time I assumed a stubbed toe was simply badly bruised & applied tiger balm as per 'deep heat' from my younger days.
puukao Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 I cut my finger and a Thai "pharmacist" put on Tiger Balm. and, of course, i said, "thanks." and proceeded to jump off the next building.....
Jessi Posted August 12, 2015 Author Posted August 12, 2015 20yrs.down the pits has taken its toll on me,i to used tigar balm but the last few yrs.i have used NEOTICA BALM I bought some yesterday and I will see how it goes.
Jessi Posted August 12, 2015 Author Posted August 12, 2015 I've tried them all. For me, the best one is called "Painelief cool gel". It contains diclofenic anti-inflammatory, but the information sheet says it does not interact with other meds. Available everywhere. I also bought this one and see how it compares to Tiger Balm.
al007 Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Normally a 24 crate of Singha sorts my aches and pains out. Also manages to put the wife on mute too. Interesting, how much do you have to feed to the wife to mute her, their must be a fine line between muting her and putting her out, otherwise you would have to serve yourself I also use Sangsom by the case pretty effective
