Just saw a post on CM108 showing water stoppage in Chiang Mai on Thursday the 13th from 10:00 to 15:00. I don't have time right now to translate the streets and areas effected so other may put what information they have here.

The water was off in our area 10/8/, from 9-4,I went to put on the

pump,so could use water from tank, only to find a rat had set up

home under the pump cover ,it was there when I removed the cover,

the pump would not work, and it was a little while, before I found that

it had bitten through the wires to pressure switch.

So off to buy new pressure switch,500 THB,in the last couple of weeks

they have bitten through RJ45 cables in the ceiling, put new cable in

and within 3 days bitten through again, these rats are not the sewer

rats, and in fact look quiet nice, clean well groomed, they only cause

bother in rainy season ,when they enter houses.

This is my estimate of the effected area. All on the North end of the moat and due to new pipe being put in near Saint Peter Eye Hospital.
