I have a recently new company based in England and I have heard that it is possible if my UK/England company writes a "letter of intention" that I need to go Thailand to look for business partners.

I will NOT obtain any financial income or "work for free" while I am here - whatsoever.

I am strictly here to look for business partners.

I do not know yet who I will do business with.

Can I use my englang based company papers and a "letter of intention" from my england company to get a 1 year non-immigrant multiple entry VISA in Singapore?

A friend of mine did so 3 years ago but I do not know if the rules have changed.
