I am currently doing my due dilligence on the purchase of a small unfinished house and land.

If I puchase it I propose to put it in my girlfriends name with a Usufruct for life in my favour stamped on the back.

I speak reasonable Thai.

Can anyone please give me the Thai word for Usufruct so that I can discuss this topic when I visit the local land office.
