New Zealand Working Holiday Visa

Hi, have any Thai nationals had much experience with Working Holiday visas for New Zealand?

From what I understand, the agreement only allows for 100 visas per year. I'm trying to get a clearer idea on:

- How quickly do these 100 run out? A day, a week, a month?

- There is a requirement for a tertiary qualification that took at least three full-time years: do you think an incomplete tertiary education - of five full-time years in Australia - will be considered? (Don't ask :/).

- Has anyone had their WHV application rejected? For what reasons?

I can't seem to find much information on this elsewhere, so hoping someone here will be able to shed some light.
