Besides drinking more water, you should eat more fruits and vegetables. In my opinion, you just only need consume green vegetables and fruits in all of your meals until you feel better. It will help stabilize your bowl system. I used to be in the same situation. My mother added many green vegetables in my meals and I drank a lot of water, yogurt, juice...But I like green bean and edamame most. Besides they help me out of constipation, they are very tasty and I can eat a lot of them without so much effort.

dates, the candy of fruit, tastes amazing, high in fiber,  healthy, little hard to find in Thailand though, good quality ones, not the cheap processed crap
