Thank you, two good ideas here. I like the idea of face to face in person, being on the computer is tiring after a while.

....some time last year a non-English teacher, native English speaker began an open language conversation at a food shop, one of the other English teacher took issue with it...reported him and the food shop owner was asked to not allow him to teach at her store....
