The online reaction just like similar events in Thailand. Justified shock and outrage. Guam would be unrecognizable without tourism.

Then the victim blaming and racism. The beach boy is not a local but a Micronesian migrant. The Japanese were reported to have gotten naked and made a disrespectful gesture, and there were children around thus "he deserved it".
